What can I do when my edit task failed?

In case EasyBy failed to request Shopify API for product updates including partially failed and fully failed. You can try the following solutions to solve this issue.


Go to the History page and find the failed task, you'll see 2 actions after clicking "..."

Retry

Submit the failed task by Retry action and continue running the task.


Revert

If a serious error occurred, the task retry may fail again. You can revert the updated products (applicable for partially failed) and create a new task to update your products.
