Cancel subscription

You will be billed every 30 days through Shopify if you are on a paying plan for EasyBy Product Editor app. Your subscription can be canceled at any time by following these steps:

1. Navigate to Billing in the EasyBy Product Editor app.
   
2. Click on Cancel subscription and confirm the subscription, your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current period end. After your paid subscription is terminated, you will automatically be subscribed to the free plan with limited access to some features.
   

You are billed by Shopify on behalf of us. In the case that you are on a paying plan, you will also see a line item on your Shopify bill for our app. In some cases, our 30-day billing period might not coincide with your 30-day billing period with Shopify, If you have any questions about why you were charged, free free to contact us, we're happy to take a look for you.
